I placed an order shown below on the 27th Sept for a bed and mattress. The order passed the deadline and I wasn't informed of this change. Kept waiting more than 6 weeks I cancelled and was refunded. I phoned Telewest about 2 months ago to get a phone line installed. I then had to wait a few days to get the technician. I had to take a day off from work to be there, only to be told that he can't install the line because the phone line has to be connected to the line/cable underneath the road and that the road was too busy. I received a phone call from them telling me that they were waiting for new stock to come in and that the goods would be delived by the later part of July. I have tried to contact them several times by phone and email without success. We were the 3rd of 3 homes built in our subdivision before the builder went under. Our 8-10 month build time stretched to 18 months and we still had to fight to close at that time. Our business relocated to an address where AT & T could not provide service, thus we had to cancel our AT & T service and change to another carrier. The AT & T representative gave me a fax number and told me to send a letter explaining that AT&T service was not available at our new location and the termination fees would be waived.
