This company billed my bank account (automatic fund withdrawal) for years for credict card services. When I closed my business, I contacted them and cancelled this service, paid off the remainder of my contract, and was told that I would owe nothing further. They continued to charge me for 4 months despite numerous calls and now will not refund my money. They don't even deny that they screwed up, just won't refund my money. I applied for a receptionist position through Spire Hiring and received an email back saying that they wanted me to continue with the hiring process by completing an online screening. The site looked legitimate and was similar to other screenings I've seen but after I submitted it I was told that all I had to do now was click on a link to request my credit report to bring to the HR manager. The link was for Free Credit 360 which I found complaints about on here. I let people use my computer sometimes, but I never authorized anyone to use my information to sign up for any online dating service. I have booked a flat in Nitishree housing, NH-24, Ghaziabad (UP), Due to some reason company was not able to start the construction work. I bought a laptop, which started losing functionality almost immediately. First the touchpad, then the whole USB system. I called customer support, and they told me I had to reinstall the OS before they would do anything. I went through several cycles of calling for support, and reinstalling Windows (without any assistance from them). This company receives mortgage payments, takes 20+ days to process and post them to the account, then charges a late fee to their consumers. So if you make payment on the 1st of the month, they get it on the 3rd at the latest, then they take 20 (more more) days to post it. So next month, you get a statement and there is a late fee on it for a payment you made on the 1st. This is deceitful and unfair! I was the winning bidder for a 7 day vacation at Oyster Bay in St. Martin. They did not honour the auction because they claimed I had an existing reservation through Expedia. Not only did they not honour it, but they did not even have the courtesy to contact me that there was a problem. My reservations and payment were made on 6/23/08-due date was 6/30/08. About two weeks after that, I contacted them for verification. That's when I learned there was a problem. I have it in writing from Expedia that no such reservation exists. Purchased a Worx Gt in April. Battery does not last to go around 3 foodball fields as advertised. I get about 15-20 on a charge and it takes 24 hours for a new charge. My son was hit head on at 50 mph by a Safe Auto Insurance Co. customer. My son was not at all found to be at fault. The Safe Auto customer failed to maintain his lane, and hit my son head on. Hailey bred my little one year old Manx, Cooper. He has been diagnosed with Manx Syndrome, part of his spine missing, diminishing and developing mega colon. They cheated me when giving connection. I was told 11.95% discount per phone registered in the house, so in total I will get around 48% discount. I registered and did not use the connection because I found out through customer service that the discount amount told is not correct. I have been receiving bills without using the service despite getting the service disconnected 3 times and without ever making a call. I have no idea how to get rid of this company. I manage an apartment complex. We have been bonded for termites with Arrow for 7 years. We changed management recently, and apparently the renewal bill slipped through the cracks.
