The Westside Pavillion in Los Angeles has the worst parking situation of any shopping mall I have ever been to. There used to be an option to pay for valet parking for a flat rate of $3.00 under Nordstroms, but a new valet service has been hired which charges up to $15.50 for the pleasure of shopping there. I picked up my items from this cleaner. There were only six items, I gave them eight. I was missing my favorite shirt and a pair of black pants. Called the cleaners to let them know I didn't receive all the items. They would not even listen to me or even try to find the items. They told me to look in my closet, that they are never wrong. I had a bill in collections from GC Services Limited Partnership. I paid this bill November 11,2006. It is now March 13, 2007 and my payment was never sent to the original biller, they claim they never received my money. I have a confirmation number and a bank statement showing the payment made, and they still insist payment was not made,and would not make any effort to correct the problem.
