Walters Mercedes Riverside
OleG43 November 18, 2009
On 11-13-2009 my wife took our car to Walters Mercedes for warranty work. Had a mirror fixed under warranty and service man ripped off part of mirror seal. Service writer said it was damaged upon arrival. OK damaged but still there, I get car back and now rubber seal between mirror and door is missing, torn off(gap between door and mirror now). I called to ask service writer why it was missing and he said it was damaged when it arrived. He never once asked me to bring the car back for inspection, nor did the Service Manager or General Manager. Basically they never fixed my problem or asked what they could do to HELP ME!!! terrible customer service. read full review »

Infinity Auto Insurance
February 26, 2008
I have never in my life had to deal with such a crummy business. They seemed so great in the beginning...until you have to file a claim. It took them three weeks to give me a check to fix my vehicle. Three weeks of having to pay to rent a car. Not only that, the police report filed clearly states both drivers were following law, it was just a chance happening and horrible weather that caused the accident...yet somehow I ended up being at fault. Even the other driver is pushing for that decision to get reversed. I'm currently trying to get... read full review »

I had my car towed to Alternative Automotive. I wanted the car to be put in running condition. About two weeks later the mechanic called and said the car was ready. I paid $426.04 and drove the car away. It soon failed and I had it towed back to the mechanic. A week or two later he called and said the car was ready. To my suprise he charged me another $314.20. The car did not make it home. I had it towed back to the garage and about a week and a half later he once again said the car was ready. Once again he had the affrontary to bill me... read full review »

Firestone Auto Repair
Brian Randolph Wells November 29, 2009
Mechanic and business rep named Sherman in May of 2008 told my wife, then fiancee Rachel Johnson that all she needed was an intensive tune-up, and charged her for it ($300), even though it would have been free because the tune-up was under warranty, based on her car still being 80, 000 miles. He then stated you didnt need a tune-up even though he charged her anyway and misled her, he told her that in addition he made a mistake and then told her she needed a catalytic converter, which was the original and only problem. He later stated that she... read full review »

I have used a lot of mechanics in my life and by far have I ever seen a craftier bunch of scam artists! And the more that I look at the local reviews of this company on local websites the more I see that my complaint is no anomaly. I went in for a simple hose (12+ dollar from the local automotive supply store) no more no less. I showed up a little after 9am. When I left it was just after the mechanic breathed a sigh of relief after finally getting my car cranked at 5:20 pm ... I the interim they had found three additional hoses that they... read full review »

I purchased the product by calling the company and using a Visa card. I took the product for approximately 6 months with no noticeable benefit. So, I gave the product a more than fair chance to work. I e-mailed the company 3 times (with no response) and cancelled my standing order. One month later, they sent me another order and charged my standing card again. This time I called and re-cancelled my standing order. Again, approximately a month later, they sent me another order and charged my Visa again. So, I just called the company again to... read full review »

My Poupette
TopEnd March 4, 2011
My Poupette was recommended to us by Pay Pal to authenticate a bag my daughter bought online. She sent the money through Amazon and was quoted a 2 day response. She filled in their form, sent detailed photos and has sent many follow up emails to see why she has had no response. They do not respond to any of the emails. We have now been waiting 4 weeks. Pay Pal want to close the claim because she can't produce the certificate My Poupette promised. Are these 3 companies in collusion? Seems to me that if My Poupette was a genuine company it... read full review »

Someone named Jeff Albright called me and told me I could make a lot of money with investing. I explained to him that I had dialup and that I was unemployed. No Problem!!. Well, it was BIG problem. It required putting money each month that I didn't have. It turned out that it was an online training program and was not discolsed about the extra fees. I can't even use it because there is an instructor involved. No one calls back. I couldn't even log into the thing. Stay away from this company called Achieve Technologies. and JEFF ALBRIGHT. Angies List.com
Kevin June 28, 2009
Angies List is a for profit business that attempts to give reports on good expereinces and bad experiences on business's around the US. Angies List advertises that, companies do not pay to be listed on our service, consumers do. BUT, Nothing stops business owners from paying for the service and writing something positive about their own business.. How do consumers know that the person posting something positive about the business does not have financial gain from doing so? If you want to do a more detailed background check on business, I reccomend going to the Better Business Bureau. read full review »

Never use that scam ! That national company, advertises low service fee ($29), and prices 10% to 25% lower than local locksmiths. The word"local" in its name lends to think they can be trusted. I won't complain about their pricing - which is too much for what they offer - compared to other clubs. I won't complain about the decor, which is modern aircraft-hangar. What i would like to complain about, is their high pressure sales tactics and frivolous rules. They give you only one visit to see the club and actually sign up (which by the way requires you read approx a 2000 word contract - bring your reading glasses??) What reputable business would do that? If the product/service is good, it'll be good... read full review »

Westside Pavillion
Jeany June 26, 2009
The Westside Pavillion in Los Angeles has the worst parking situation of any shopping mall I have ever been to. There used to be an option to pay for valet parking for a flat rate of $3.00 under Nordstroms, but a new valet service has been hired which charges up to $15.50 for the pleasure of shopping there. Management of the Westside Pavillion (including Nordstrom) who made this selfish decision didn't take into account that customers, like me, would take their money elsewhere. I feel particularly badly for elderly customers who are... read full review »

I picked up my items from this cleaner. There were only six items, I gave them eight. I was missing my favorite shirt and a pair of black pants. Called the cleaners to let them know I didn't receive all the items. They would not even listen to me or even try to find the items. They told me to look in my closet, that they are never wrong. I know they still have my item. The reason I brought my stuff to the cleaners was to get that shirt done so I could wear it this week. I was furious. Don't know how to handle something like this. Do all cleaners just get away with this. They could lose or steal our items and we can't prove it? read full review »

To start, I'm not at all pleased with the service that I have been getting from from the home service repair center.
