In Sept 2009, we purchased 3 palm trees from Stacks Nursery. We paid to have Stacks Nursery plant them so that it would be done right. We had a warranty on the trees. Horrible customer service. We were told one year warranty on very expensive custom cart. We had to fight for every single event..and there have been several from leaking to broken welds. I was sold a puppy that was supposedly "altered" according to the sign on her crate. She went into heat a year later. They claim they will not be responsible for having her spayed.
