National Dealer Services continues to call my house daily on both my land and fax lines. When I press to be taken off the list, they call the next day. When I press 1 to speak to a representative, the phone hangs up. I have, however, recently spoken with a rep on 2 occasions. They both hung up on me without an apology for the inconvenience or even listening to my complaint. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, but that does not seem to matter to this company. This is my second complaint here about Chinese importers. My first complaint was about Sunl, and believe it or not Sunl has really gotten their business in shape since I posted my original complaint about them. I emailed them and they said they were sorry it took 4 months to get back to me and if I would supply the unused tickets and a NOTARIZED note from my employer that I was unable to attend the concert because of work. One got damaged about a year later and we filed a claim, they did not have the phone but told us they would send a comparable one. I applied for a very small loan of $100 and was told I could not get approved because they needed a direct line to contact me at work. Now keep in mind in the past I had gotten approved several times and up to $1000 with no problem and they have always been paid on time. In the past they just called my job and verified I worked there. I am not sure on why the change but not everyone has a direct number to them at work so I don't see why they need this when none of my information has changed. i tried to a get a 1 dollar credit report fron this company in connection with applying for a job. the person said I had to have the credit report to be considered for the job. the transaction did not even go through and i did not receive anything. I cashed my SSI check at the Check Center every month and had the money put in money orders so I could save for a place to live while I was staying at a shelter. The money orders were stolen from me at the shelter and I can't get a refund from the check center because they were stolen I lost $1064 in money orders. Reach Local is an internet advertiser. The program does not work. They say you are paying to reach customers in your area, well we are in the North Shore section of Massachusetts and we were getting calls from California, Colorado Florida Connecticut and everywhere else. We got into a bad loan with Imdymac and they made us pay to get out of it. My wife and myself found out we had a loan that they should have never done. As soon as we noticed our loan amount going up we called them and we had to pay closing costs and a early pay off fee. The owner is Greg Lemay. He is well known for scamming doctors seeking loans. He has changed his company name from "Omega Financing" to "Doctorfunds.com" to now "MedFlow Capital, Inc.". If you google "doctorfunds.com scam" you can see how he works his scam. Many doctors have lost a lot of money to this individual. He promise loans that are not true and ask for advance fees. My sophmore in high school purchased a Vooddo bat from DeMarini. He went up to bat and hit an out of the park home run. I received very poor dental work and care by Dr. German Arzate Garza at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry clinic also known as Dental Maya, Miracle Dentures and Cancun Top Dental. They have you sign on the dotted line, agree to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time, then swipe the credit card. In Sept 2009, we purchased 3 palm trees from Stacks Nursery. We paid to have Stacks Nursery plant them so that it would be done right. We had a warranty on the trees.
