Cypress farm kennel
enchaanted 10 February 17, 2011
May 2010 I purchased a Boston Terrier puppy from Cypress Farm Kennel I was told the puppy would be shipped when she turned 8 weeks old . I picked the puppy up at Philadelphia International Airport I was shocked and sickened by the condition of this puppy . The puppy was dehydrated, sick and had Diarrhea all over her. She also had a eye infection with a corneal ulcer. A baggy with adult size food was taped to her little crate. When I rushed her to my Vet she only weighted a pound not normal for a 2 month old Boston, The puppy was so worm... read full review »

National Credit Systems
Lilo May 4, 2009
Called to Settle past apartment in order to own a home and noticed it can be paid online. When paying online it said payment went through, but said this is not a reciept and led me to pay for it again. I called National Credit Systems and they said they don't monitor the internet and it is done through a separate company so if you pay online then you may get charged twice and we do not refund your money. So basically she was saying it is legal for them to steal 400.01 of my money and I can not say anything!!! I suggest that if anyone own... read full review »

January 5, 2008
I looked at my back statement (Westerra Credit Union) 1/02/08, and GEMB Phone took out $185.11 out of my checking account by a phone call with out my knowledge. After doing some research, apparently GEMB Phone handles Visa accounts for Capital One. I have a Lowe's Visa credit card. How can GEMB Phone access ones checking account? I've been upset for days. They call me and asked if i would like to apply for a grant to increase my current business. I applied and 2 days later they said i was approved for a $115, 000 business grant and I needed to send the $1995.00 so i could get my grant in 90 days. They wanted it to be wired to them by my bank or they would send fed ex to pick up my check. So I checked them out and no such thing so I called the BBB, Fight Fraud, Federal Trade Commission and some others and reported them. They did send fed ex to pick up check but left empty handed. I live in Texas. Also the BBB seems to know that they have changed their name several times. Stay away SCAM!!! read full review »

Pitney Bowes
June 18, 2007
I am writing this complaint in regard to my postage by phone account with Pitney Bowes. Below is their address. Pitney Bowes 2225 American Dr Neenah, WI 54956 I cancelled my account back in Feb. 2006. When I contacted Pitney Bowes over the phone I told the customer service representative specifically that I needed to cancel the account, which they agreed. Later on they sent me an invoice asking me to pay $50 for them to pick up the postage meter. There was nothing on the original lease about a pick up fee so I called them again... read full review »

Keiser University
March 10, 2008
My fiance signed up for Keiser College. They said that they walked him through the entire admissions, registration, financial aid, etc processes. When it came closer for school to start, we found that he could only get loans totaling the tuition. He was actually turned down for 2 different general student loans normally used to cover living expenses (we still haven't been able to find out why). We weren't sure if we could afford it, but tried to make a go of it. We found that he simply couldn't work full time and go to... read full review »

They performed the classic bait and switch with the cost, quality and service. Originally was supose to cost $1495 for complete rebuild. Final cost $2500, plus another $400 in costs after the improper work was done. My engine had 255, 000 miles and ran perfect. I just wanted to rebuild it before it dies...nothing was wrong with the car it was perfect (2003 jeep grand cherokee). Problems: 1. Engine head/lifter metalic knocking noise. I ordered the RightSize "free trial". When it came, I was charged $18.80 for shipping and handling and then was told that if I kept it, my account would be charged the full price was $119.80. This was the first time I was informed of either charge. When I called to get a return authorization, I was given a choice to keep the product at a 50% discount. If I didn't want to do that, I would have to pay the shipping back to Maine or my account would be charged or sent to collection. I asked for a manager to talk to and wa... read full review »

So the issue stems from a visit to Ford of Clermont on August 31, 2009. After the first key stopped working a few weeks later the second key stopped working so we towed it to Ford of Clermont at 1101 East Highway 50, Clermont Florida 34711. During the first visit they asked me to sign something that authorized them to fix it if it was less than $115.00 I said yes and signed it. Horrible customer service. After the Haiti earthquake we started desperately calling in Haiti as my father was there. We made more than 5 failed attempts per day starting from January 13. When I received my bill I was SHOCKED!! ALL our failed attempts have been charged even if we didn't talk (lines were and still are for the most part down!) We had several 1-minute and 2-minute calls on the bill for a total of $20. When I called the customer service the representative was rude and aggressive. I apparently signed a contract for services not provided. They told me that this education is like a gym membership, even if you don't complete the courses you have to pay the full amount of money in my case over $5000. They only give you 3 days to decide weather or not you like the program or your binded to the contract and have to pay the money. How can they expect you to pay for services not provided, and how can they compare your education to a gym membership. Great Escapes Travel Club
ColoradoDad February 26, 2010
My wife and I attended an informational meeting for Great Escapes Vacation Club about 8 years ago in Englewood, Colorado. Everyone hates to admit it if they were suckers for a con job, and we are no exception. The sales pitch was stereo-typical high pressure and we were promised super deals on cruises and weeklong condominium stays for the "super-discounted" price of $5, 000. We honestly thought that if we were paying for a vacation club every month we would make a point to use it. Well, we quickly learned that we could only book... read full review »

Sold me a door, which apparently had a manufacturer defect, and the glass failed shortly over 1 year after install. contacted them for a replacement and they strung me along for a full TWO MONTHS "processing" my issue. Then they finally contacted me and said they would rush me a new door and it should arrive in ONE MONTH!!! so apparently jeld-wen believes that people are just fine to live several months without a front door. do not trust their warranty, as even if they honor it (which it appeared they were trying to weasel out of) they will take several months. i'm just glad it wasn't winter as i would be frozen solid! read full review »

First Premeir Bank
RicknJenise September 4, 2009
First Premeir Bank has found a loophole to hurt an economy already riddled with high unemployment numbers and dropping incomes. South Dakota should be ashamed of having a loophole such as this that allows a company to sucker in un-suspecting victims. By receiving a junk mail solicitation, which most of us throw away, this company found another hole to suck money from people and rake the consumer over the coals. It is a law which allows "no answer" to mean acceptance of a really sub-par credit card program. We are in the first stages of... read full review »
