I decided to have a custom bobblehead made of my friend. She is Chinese and has East Asian features. The doll does not look anything like here and is of very poor quality. They obviously painted another doll on their website so that it would have black hair. The painting was done very poorly and the lettering of her name was crooked. When I asked to have the doll remade they said they would charge another 25$ and do not offer refunds. The person who contacted us stated that we had to fill out the application online and it would be processed quickly. This was in the month of December, 2006 from Mumbai airport, we were at the airport 35 minutes before the flight Departure, however were not allowed to board the flight, saying that we are already late. Whereas, it was a business trip and we were supposed to attend an event on that particular night. When I ordered this product, it was for a 15 day free trial. I ordered on 10/16/08 and I have not received it yet and they charged me 29.95 instead of 5.95. I can not get in touch with these people. When I call the number, it has a funny busy signal and goes dead. I want to cancel, so I can try the cleanse and see if I want to order it again. I ordered a TRIAL pack of GetSlim tabs and GetSlim Colon tabs, both advertised at around $7 each. I received 2x email invoices for both these orders but on checking my bankcard statement I had been fraudulently charged an ADDITIONAL $200 for goods neither ordered or received. Airtel customer service representatives do not pick up the calls after 2:00 A.M, even if they pick up the calls they either put the customer on hold and disconnect the call or they just disconnect the call with out talking to the customers. Do not understand why Airtel is unnecessarily defaming ifself by hiring such kind of ineffecient personnel by which not only their fame is at stake but also these kind of people try to spoil the internal environment of the organisation. This pet store is a horrible place for animals. The owner sold me a very sick puppy. It had two parasites and kennel cough. I have this puppy over a month and a half and he still can't go outside. He has been on so many medications for all these illnesses that he still can't get all his vacinations. He is on a second round of medications for parasites. On Saturday 21 August 2010 I sent a worker to buy a pouch for my Blackberry from Vodashop Middelburg. The sales person, Eben gave us a Universal Pouch. When I saw the pouch I told my worker that this pouch is not what I want, it will not work for my phone. She drove back to Vodashop and they refused to take it back. This is unacceptable. I didn't use the pouch and I didn't damage the packaging in any way. This is not the first time it happened. I rented a video and gave it to someone to return. they didn't and redbox appropriately charged me for its purchase. it then proceeded to charge my credit card for a deposit on the original rental which was less than its purchase price. I was contacted by this company about 60 days ago. I have invested thousands of dollars with various timeshare resale companies, including Creative Vacations, Premier Timeshare Solutions and more. I called terminex to take care of temrite activity at our home, after three different cancelled appointemnts they came and quoted $1, 500.00 to take care of the problem. Again after two canceled service appointments, they finally showed up, they spent one and a half hour treating the termite. Two days later we called to let them know we still had termites flying around. I have not found the spyhunter program to be particularly useful. At one point I was prompted to pay and had already paid but thought that it had not been recorded. It took a very long time to turn this around. I cannot use this program. It is always prompting me to register and to pay again. This company treats people with disrespect and does not value loyal return customers. Their website contains old photos - not necessarily the part you will actually receive.
