Coming up to 10 weeks since I advised Coverplan and the "Tech Guys" that my laptop was faulty. I've been paying on a single wide trailer for 10yrs. My start off was 48, 522.00 in June of 1999, with Greentree financial. My payoff as of today Sept 19, 2009 is 47, 265.80. I just got cable and internet installed. When I signed up online I was billed that day for a month of service. This was a WEEK BEFORE installation and setup. After the installation I was billed another $20 dollars PLUS tax on that and the month of service I was pre-charged for. These fee should have been displayed INITIALLY. California Water Service Company took over Skyline Water about 3 months ago. I have lived here for over 20 years and in that time I have not experienced a single unplanned water shut down. In the 3 months California Water Service Company has been in charge I have experienced 3 unplanned, unnotified shut downs. Do not use this business. I was overcharge for a new air conditioner unit and they did faulty installation that cause my air conditioner unit to leak FREON. This unit was under warranty and they still charged me $500 to fill-up a 3 ton unit with FREON. Afterwards, I called another Plumber and they said this should have been covered under the warranty. He also said I was way overcharged for the price of FREON. I took this company to the BBB and they are still fighting. I had a pager with them for over ten years for my bussiness. They were billing my American Expreess card for the charges. Then I get a Collection notice from ERSolutions and ordering me to pay the late bill. I called them three times and no call back. I called American Messaging and they woud not talk to me since it was in collection. So They stop billing my credit card and then they send me to collections over $55.00. I was contacted by Mark Cooper to call him immediately regarding a debt before further action was initiated. I called him back. He stated I owed money for a check that had not been paid. DO NOT USE. This is the absolute worst textbook rental company. I ordered two books for school 1/11/2011 a precalc book and a physics book. I received the heavy precalculus book via UPS (I had paid for expedited shipping) on 1/19/2011. First of all I have been having problems with my vehicle. It turns out that the "CHECK ENGINE" signal came on and also a "jet " sounding engine along with it. I have been having problems with my cars performance. . I have read online that almost everyone that owns the same vehicle goes through the same problem and the dealer charges approximately 600-800 dlls to fix this problem. My issue here is that if its the manufactures defective part causing all of this hassle why do I have to pay for a defective part that has to be delt as a recall. Despite hearing not-so-great things about them in the past, I'd go there frequently simply because the hours are convenient. I took my car there for an oil change and State Inspection.
