My daughter and I bought well over $500.00 worth of bras and lingerie at Victorias Secret just prior to the Christmas Holidays this past 2009 Season. They promise you anything that you want (to hear) and then fail to provide. Their advertising says that you get a free personal trainer, but that is not true. They charge. The managers tell you to talk to the head person, but he won't respond. So you are stuck because the managers say "go to him" but he is not available. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the established gyms. This place is nothing special. The receptionists chuckle at you when you try to get help. First let me start by saying I have a credit score in the Excellent range. The first time I had a run in with Citi card was last year. I was paying my bills online. due to thier s-l-o-w website the payment didn't process until 12:01 because my payment was 1min. late, I got hit with a late charge and my interest rate went to the default on the entire balance. I ordered an ac adapter for my laptop through udtek.com on Feb 25th. The payment was taken from my checking account on Feb 26th. Now, on April 8th, I have yet to receive the adapter. The order has shown as "pending" since I placed the order. I have emailed Udtek using the contact/email address on their website 5 times. I have to receive a reply yet. When you are ordering flowers for a funeral that you are not going to attend beware! You might be surprised at what was delivered. Vision of the world is UK company took my money $ 450.00 upfront as advertising and marketing fees and then nothing heard from them, they were aggressive to get credit card details rather that listening what the owner wants to sell. After getting the money they did not bother to respond to my emails. They use a dummy and static website which it has ARDA, CRDA, RDO, FTNC... logos etc claiming they accredited by those organisations but all of those things are false. I ordered 2 jerseys for the super bowl. Once my order was placed and my money taken out of my VISA, I get an email they are out until Feb 9th. I email saying I want to cancel my order. They cancel my order and say it will take 2 - 3 weeks to refund a VISA card. They sure can take my money right away, but can't refund it. I've had Allstate Automobile Insurance for at least the last 20 years, or more. It's been at least 10 years with no accident; yet, never any bonus checks sent to my home address, nor any reduction in policy rate! This product and website is a complete rip-off. The product is of questionable value but that aside the ordering process is rigged so that in 9 out of 10 cases you order two sets of products rather than one. You start out expecting to spend $19.95 + shipping and handling and end up oweing $55.00. I agree with everyone about this scandalous, outrageous company. How do they get away with operating this scam! I spent 15 minutes on the phone and within minutes was accepted for a £5000 loan.
