We purchased a Sleep Number 700 bed from a local Mall store in Charlotte NC. It took 3 weeks to get it delivered, they forgot to take away the old mattress's even though they had to step over them in my drive way and the bed is already leaking after 48 hours. This company does not deserve anyones hard earned money. The so-called customer service department wants to schedule the pick up of my old bed on Oct 13... 19 days after the bed was delivered. I brought in a dr. note indicating health issues with my daughter. Health issues which have changes my lifestyle dramatically, including having to take nonpaid leave from work. My rent increased by 5% every year!!! This was not discussed when signing the lease orginally. After I signed my second year to the apartment they told me that my rent had increased and I was unable to reject the lease the same day i signed it so I was stuck paying another year with an increase in rent. I also had to have maintance fix my shower, garbage disposal, fans and fill holes in order to keep mice out. I had been insured with AIG for several years and last year even recieved a discount. However, with renewal scheduled for mid-November this year, I recieved a statement which shows a nearly 50% rate increase. I called to inquire about a charge that was on my account. Apparently from what the CSR told me, anytime you have an overdraft on your account and you have overdraft protection Wells Fargo will charge you $10.00; even when they Transfer money on your ways2save account. My regular account was paid by check. The check cleared my bank. It was Firestone Error that did not post the payment to my account. Then I gave them another check and Chase took back the first amount. Now TRS told me to pay again to fix the problem. I have taken post-paid connection (Rs.999 for 2 years) plan from Airtel Delhi in Oct'06. I have not received any bill so far.
