THIS STORE IS A TOTAL CRIMINAL RIPOFF!!! onsalecell are the biggest scam artists out there on the Internet today!!! I placed an order for a verizon cellphone on their website; I was tricked into it being the lowest price around. That's where it all went downhill. My credit card got charged and I never received my item. The status on their website kept saying processing. I called them maybe 5 times, nobody answers and you can't even leave a voicemail because its full. Several emails also go unnoticed. Finally, after a few weeks, I... read full review »

Paid for a Key to be programmed for a car, they kept promising to come out, kept calling a few times a day, they avoided the phone calls, finally when they came out they could not programme the key for the car. They said they did not have the ability to get the job done as they needed a code from a company that was closed at the particular time. They said they would return the Monday, again I kept calling and they avoided my calls, until they eventually said they would be there within a few hours, its now been 3 weeks, several voicemails and... read full review »

Rocket Paving
Ronald E Scherer May 12, 2009
On May 21, 2008 Rocket Paving installed an asphalt driveway at my residence. Upon completion of the job, I paid in full for their services and received a receipt with a 2 year guarantee in writing. This spring tree roots caused bulging of the pavement and the pavement is deteriorating in other areas. When I attempted to call the telephone number that the company provided I got a message stating that the number was disconnected or changed. There is no listing for Rocket Paving in the printed yellow pages phone book. I found a listing for them... read full review »

Troy's Ornamental Iron Craft
Home Owner Laguna Niguel October 9, 2009
Ordered an Iron Gate and was informed it would take 4-6 weeks. Contacted them at 6 week mark and informed it would be another5-6 days. Attempted to deliver gate on a Friday, 6 days later, and the gate was not wide enough. Made a piece to close gap between gate and the fence which we told them we did not want we wanted the right size gate. Owner came and remeasured and several days later after constant calling returned with a different gate (the right size this time) and told us it was the same gate. We liked the gate and told him we liked it... read full review »

Affordable Hardscapes
PropMgr October 5, 2009
Eddie Farnsworth is the worst business man on the planet. He insists on being paid up front, he sets a schedule that he doesn't adhere to. If you, as the customer, question anything about his attitude or lack of commitment, he blames you. I truly hope that I don't have a warranty issue with his work since I highly doubt he honors his warranty. I definitely warn anyone reading this to stay far, far away from this guy. You will have nothing but problems. read full review »

Wilbur Landscaping
Unhappy Consumer October 2, 2009
We hired this company to do some landscaping and outdoor construction . They rebuilt the front porch and the back porch. The front porch was done decently, except for one step which warped. The back porch steps were constructed from a kit (which we didn't know at first) and were put in incorrectly. We complained to the company owner, which had done the bulk of the work, about the extremely steep pitch of the steps and were told that they were fine. They were not fine. We have a young son that could fall down those steps and be injured... read full review »

Pro-Tech Industries
December 19, 2006
I hired a contractor John Anderson,Pro-Tech to install a deck along with a ramp for my disabled husband. We live in the town of Colonie an he said we did NOT NEED a Builders Permit. So he built the ramp and deck w/o codes or to specifications to the town. And besides did a horrible job. We asked for the downpayment back of $2,000 and wont give it back. We were told to tear it down. The deck is down but the owner of the park said we can leave the ramp up temporary, until we find someone to built it to code and to get a bldrs permit. We found National Home Warranty Group Inc<br /> very unproffessional. The main concern of the company to deny the claim and close the file. As long they find an excuse they refuse communication with the clients. They refused and neglected to provide to us any documentation evidence they obligated by regulations. They missled the parties involved by chitting the customer. Bobby Colburn prooved in email to have dislike againt the customer and we feel assalted by his comments. Hans2321 September 17, 2009
Bought the Express Ready Set Go and the interior is chipping off after 2 uses. I tried to season it the way they said you should but it still didn't work. Also, the pans that you put inside don't fit snugly and they don't heat up very well and don't cook the food like they show you on TV. A total scam as far as I'm concerned and they make it look bigger on TV than it actually is too. read full review »

I just did not need anything else. I gave the cashier my credit card. I did not want any cash back. I just find this stupid. Especially when this is a local gas station, surrounded by the community. AmSouth Bank
May 23, 2007
AmSouth has taken over $700. in fees in the past year by using their "ledger balance/available balance" policy. I closed my account. An automatic auto insurance, which it was too late to stop, went to AmSouth. They RE-OPENED the account, charged $36.00 NSF fee and returned the item unpaid. In addition, they have 'past-posted' items to my account causing a cascade of artificial over-drafts. In one month, they posted a check written on Tuesday before 3 items which were pending on Sunday and presented for payment on Monday. This caused 4 over-draft fees. If anyone can find out who will listen to this, please let me know. read full review »

This company withdrew $159 dollars from my account that I never authorized. I don't know how they got my bank account information. The check came out of my current bank account in Wisconsin, but the address on the check was my old address in Colorado. When I got in contact with them they said I'd have to file a police fraud report, which could take awhile, but when I told them I lived in Wisconsin where this sort of thing is illegal, they said they'd send a document I could request a return on. So far I haven't gotten anything. Is there anything I can do? I'm not exactly rich. read full review »
