Fendi wallet (M80031) received was inconsistent with the wallet photographed on the company's website. The website indicates that its products are '100% Authentic Guaranteed'. Upon consultation I discovered that the product shipped appears to be a counterfeit. I paid for breeding rights for my Old English Mastiff. I got his preliminary hip xrays done at a year old to make sure I could breed him. That was in June of 2010. It is now Dec. 2010 and she is still arguing that she does not have to warrenty him. I have sent in the xrays to OFA and sent them to her vet to look at and they both said the same thing. Synergy Acceptance Corp. is a major scam company. I just received a letter stating that they are going to file against my tax returns for money they claim I owe. So I contacted the person on this letter and the guy hung up on me when I tried to question the "money owed". I called back and left him a very verbal message and received a call back from a private number. This company has accessed my credit report and tax information illegally and I am in the works of filing a lawsuit. If anybody else is having issues with this company, I encourage you to do the same. Publisher Clearing House sent me checks stating that I won these checks to purchase certain Items. I chose the computer. Sent them a check for $350.00. The computer came in two different shipments. First the monitor then the drive, keyboard and mouse. The on/off button for the speakers was broke. Took the speakers apart and fix button. Cannot turn the monitor off using the button. I went to Instant Tax Service and had my taxes filed they went through every thing with me and told me that I was only being charged $250 plus 100 for the bank fees, I selected 24-48 hours and they said that if it took longer then it would automatically be charged less than that since you pay a little more than if you wait 5-7 weeks. They still charged me 380. I wish that I would have filed it myself at Free tax USA.com like I have done for like 3-4 years in the past and even for other people had never had a problem I won't make that mistake again. Solicited by this company offering to sell our older inventory at auction. Said we could definitely get invoice cost at one of their auctions. High pressure. National Public Auction and Trotter Auction Sales (one and the same) sent a freight truck to pick up 14 ATV's 2 days before auction. Lifetime membership for $39.95. When you join and pay – only through paypal – you then are able to log in. The ds download link page is blocked by my Mozilla browser as it identifies it as an attack site that distributes viruses etc. You cannot download any ds games. I paid with credit card so a small chance of getting my money back. I have a credit card with 5/3 which was actually an overdraft protection. I closed the related checking account because they were charging me more than I feel they should (I had a $25000 auto loan with them, yet they felt that they could not reverse over $200 in fees they charged for transactions totaling less than $12). On Friday, 28 August 2009, I travelled on SA Express to Bloemfontein and back. Initially when checking in, the initial boarding passes (both) indicated window seats. I had a iadvance loan and it was due october 14th. I had an ealy payday and got payed on the 13th. When I logged on to myiadvance to take another loan to get bye I saw the notice from metabank. Stating due to the Office of Thrift Supervision had instructed them to stop on the 13th with no warning. I dont think it was fair to not have given me fair warning that the loan process was going away. I was issued a credit card from juniper bank with a 500.00 dollar credit limit. The intrest was 3%. I always paid more than what they requested for the month. But i received a bill about 1 month ago that had late fees attached. so I called to investigate and was told my payment was 1 day late. I spoke to customer service and was told they would remove the fee. They did not remove the late fee and they raised my interest rate over 20%. For several months, I was consistently late on my payments. I spoke with a rep at Honda Finance who told me as long as I made payment before 49 days past due, I would be okay. In January 2008 I purchased what I believed to be only 2 adult theme parks. Anything else that was included would be free. I dealt with Kevin Walsh at ext. 330 at America's Health Brokers. He told me that the coverage was 70/30 (70% covered by the insurance and 30% covered by the patient) on the Plus plan. In addition to this they offered cash pay outs depending on the service. After getting the benefits package in the mail and reading it, there was NO mention of any 70/30 coverage.
