I have purchased Santro Xo on 26th Sep 06 from Lakshmi Hyundai, Visakhapatnam and was offered an Exchange discount of Rs.5000/- (I have sold a Maruti 800 car). Dex rep used a bait and switch tactic to sign up my wife for an ad in the yellow pages. The original quote was a yearly quote but when we talked to the phone agreement the price was for a per month charge which was higher than the original bid. We did not catch the trick for months. My Fin-All Roof is about 10 years old now. Over the past 4 years, the paint finish has slowly begun to peel away.
