RPM has been renting our property for a while now, and they've done a terrible job!! They got us a horrible tenant who has a drug problem, and can't listen to the rules. Tuff Shed arrived without vents. I had paid deposit only- would not pay balance until vent were installed. This took 4 weeks and 10 calls. Lots of infighting as to who's fault it was that the vents were not installed and who's account was going to be charged. Finally called district office. I inquired on 11/29/06 about a joint CD certificate purchased @ Provident in the early 1980's. I was told that I had to file a unclaimed property form to be sent to Trenton because the money was not @ the bank any longer. I was charged $1.95 by Encore Mktg on my credit card on 11/25/08 -- same day as I made an on-line purchase at Terry's Village. Then I was charged $14.95 by Encore Mktg on the same credit card on 1/2/09. While I was in the military, I did have a policy with Liberty National, and I was paying it by an allotment, but when I retired from the military in 2007, I stopped all of my alloments including the one to Liberty National. I also called customer service to let them know that I would no longer be needing the insurance policy. Apparently someone forgot to document this. This is a front for a very deceptive teeth whitening product. So far, they have used 6 different names of individuals who claim to be saving by using their trial products. You only pay for shipping to get started but then you are automatically enrolled for monthly shipments for both products, each costing around $90/month. So, you pay $180/month until you call to cancel. This is not a savings for teeth whitening. I placed an order totalling 58.50 with 4.40 tax and 8.95 shipping. I also had an online coupon email to me from lane bryant the same day i placed the order for 20.00 off a 40.00 order or more. my total should have been 51.85 and according to the confirmation screen it was. when my card was charged they charged me full price of 71.85. Armed Forces Insurance had a 146k replacement value policy on my 106k mortgage. When I experienced a fire ad made a claim, their adjuster and mine both had it at 106+, just a few hundred $ apart with mine being lower. What did I get, 71k.
