Be very careful and make sure you send back the "free" samples or empty bottles within 30 days or your credit card will be billed $98.50 for the "free" samples and you will start receiving a package to the tune of over $100.00. Product itself is no better than drug store products. I'm out over $100.00 and the company is wriggling around and telling me I did indeed sign up for automated shipments. BEWARE because at no point is there an "agree to terms and conditions" which is the point where I usually stop whatever transaction I'm making. We moved from one end of Georgia to the other, when Randy the representative came to our home to discuss the move he asured us that the movers were professionals. The All My Sons office we were using was out of Bluffton S.C. therefore all his movers were schooled and skilled to handle high end furnishings.

My sister, Jolandie Esterhuisen bought a Ford Bantam Bakkie in Nov 2006. Since the first day there were fumes in die bakkie. Very bad. Every time when she took the bakkie for a service, she asked them to have a look at the fumes and every time the answer was that they cannot find anything wrong. I did not order product (teeth whitener) from them or authorize mthly charges of $39.95 to c.card each mth but was charged and shipped product. When I called to confront them thney told me they sorry & cancelled my membership(what membership)? Anyway, they said I'd be responsible for shipping it back(which is $.37 since it's the same city as me and then a 15% restocking fee! I gave them hell about that since I didn't order it but they were unmoved and wouldn't waiver, even after talking w/a manager! I signed up with 5 star resorts back in Sept. with Holly Maddison and Summer Holland. After I signed up with them it was hard to get a hold of them, so I talked to there customer service on a weekly basis. But after weeks and weeks of No offers I started to be annoyed(thinking to myself NOT AGAIN!!) but i stayed with it and after 2 months with them they Finally got me $12, 000 for my Polo Towers.
If I had another Timeshare(thank GOD I don't) I would go with them Again.

Huntington Learning Center in Little Rock treats its employees poorly and takes advantage of its customers. The materials they use are sometimes up to 20 years out of date, the methods they use are so rigid and lockstep that if your child has any unusual circumstances they will simply not know how to handle them, and additionally the owners have very little education experience -- one of the owners has an education degree but has never worked in a classroom or actually taught on a full time basis. This company has come through for me time and time again. Well worth the $37.95 a month payment. I was delighted that they paid me $325.00 for a 14 year old Amana washing machine that cost $1, 400 new. They offered a new $500.00 washer, but I took the $325 and bought a front load top of the line Kenmore washer/dryer...$2, 500 on sale for $1, 595...less the $325 from home protect cost me $1, 270. This company claims to offer you a 100% guarantee that they will aid you in getting a personal loan. I read all the negative reviews and should have listened to my gut feeling.
They tell you for $300 that they will match you with a bank that will give you a loan for certain. They tell you that they would not waste your time or their time if they knew you wouldn't get a loan. Culligan charged me for service on a house I no longer own for service I discontinued two months ago. Culligan stated that I signed a 6-month contract, however there are two checked boxes. One states that service is provided month to month and one month notice is required for change of service. The other box does state the term as 6 months, so I suppose I legally have no recourse.

DSLExtreme's service was intermittent at best but I canceled my service because I moved. When I called to inquire how to return the company's modem, I was told I should wait for a box to be sent to me. I waited a month but the only thing that came was a demand letter for payment for the modem. I called again and was told a box had been sent, but that another would be forwarded to me. I placed an order back at the end of September 2009. It is now Nov 13th 2009..., and I still have not recieved my clove cigarettes. I kept in close contact with DHL shipping, whom the package was shipped through.
The package which was supposed to not have any indicators that it contained a tobacco product, was stopped and help for a short period by customs.

RPM has been renting our property for a while now, and they've done a terrible job!! They got us a horrible tenant who has a drug problem, and can't listen to the rules. Tuff Shed arrived without vents. I had paid deposit only- would not pay balance until vent were installed. This took 4 weeks and 10 calls. Lots of infighting as to who's fault it was that the vents were not installed and who's account was going to be charged. Finally called district office. Truck arrived more than an hour past arranged time. District manager, Bob, was rude and yelled at me. This is Tufff Shed in Anaheim, CA.

Shoes2world should be locked down and burned. I ordered some sneakers from them in april of 2010. Didn't get a tracking number for two weeks. Items went into customs and was confiscated. 6 wks of emailing asking for information and a refund, no response what soever. In times like this people well I cannot afford to take any losses. It is unfair that a company can post n sell items which aren't real, take your money and you're left empty handed because customs will discard it... no money no shoes. No info from shoes2world. I was told that I had to file a unclaimed property form to be sent to Trenton because the money was not @ the bank any longer. Then I was charged $14.95 by Encore Mktg on the same credit card on 1/2/09. I have no knowledge of any company by the name of Encore Mktg, nor did I make any purchases on those dates in those amounts. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and it was removed. While I was in the military, I did have a policy with Liberty National, and I was paying it by an allotment, but when I retired from the military in 2007, I stopped all of my alloments including the one to Liberty National. I also called customer service to let them know that I would no longer be needing the insurance policy. Apparently someone forgot to document this.
