I have local, long distance & International service with Excel Communications . I reported my problem on Thursday, June 6, 2007 that I am unable to call long distance on my phone. Each time I am transferred to repair service, someone comes on the phone and identifies themselves and I am put on hold then the phone line goes dead. I am paying for a service I am unable to use. My Frigidaire/Electrolux top freezer refrigerator is just over one year old. A few months ago, we started having problems with it--when we'd be out of town for 2 days or more, we'd come home to a completely thawed out freezer and a warm fridge. The first time this happened, we were still under the one-year manufacturer's warranty. So we got it "fixed, " at which time we also purchased the extended warranty, thinking how smart we were being.

the sales person wrote the recepit and told me that it woud be delivered in 2-4 weeks..
after 5 weeks i called on 3 seperate occassions...
no one would call me back..

I'm sick and tired seeing their unsolicited and annoying survey popups every time I visit an online retailer. They appear when I JUST ENTERED a site I've never visited before, or when I'm focused on reading some information, or when I'm trying to do something important like entering my credit card number! People have popup blockers for a reason. Foresee Results is not exempt because their research is for profit. I saw that someone else had complained about Cages by Design located in Wisconsin and I would like to support the consumer. I, too, was a consumer of Cages by Design and bought a cage from them approximately 2 years ago for $2, 000. Here is the short version of what they did:
1. They lie about the quality of their cage. It's flimsy and the parts don't fit well together, including things like screws that just fall off randomly.

This company showed up at my husbands work because we were behind on our loan payment. They not only showed up to his work but started displaying our personal information infront of co-workers and bosses. This is horrible and we are in the process of sueing this company for this. I and my family waited over an hour for delivery so I called them again and was told the order was not put in right and the manager wrote down the wrong number to call back on. But, they had the correct address? I had 2 kids that were diabetic really in need that's why we ordered out. i did not subscribe to this coupon discount club!!! funds were taken from my account twice..once in may for $22.99 and in june for $22.99. i did not authorize this and i want a refund on that money!!! my ref# are 1451221 and the cancelation number is 3753480 the other ref# is 45122 with the same cancellation number. this is fraud!!!my cell number is 6512696809. i expect a call to take care of this matter and it is being reported to the better business b and to the attorney general.

We got contacted by a "sales person" from this company telling us we had a bad reputation on this web site called Rip Off Report. Further inspecting their web site they "specialize" in removing results from web sites like Rip Off Report and this one.

Poland spring water company shrunk their half pint bottles by 20-30ml recently, but still labeled as 237ml/8oz. for the same price. You can not fit in all the water from the old bottle into the new bottle. how stupid are they thinking the consumers are? Every company tries to make some profits now days. On two occasions I have called the number left on my phone voice mail and was told I am not the person they are asking for, which I knew, as I have no outstanding payments with anyone and the name of the person they are asking for is no one I know. I had Pella Designer Series casement windows with Slimshades installed in July 2004. One and a half years later, the shades on most windows have indented the wood as they contact the sash (putting the shade down). On 4 windows the nylon blocks on the bottom of the shade have worked through the stain and hard coat and are mutilating the wood. My family and I arrived at out hotel only to find that Book In Hotels canceled our reservation we had made and paid for months before. It took 11 hours before someone answered the phone for me to even begin the discussion about what happened. After many phone calls and attempted calls they didn't make the matter right and I had to contact my credit card company to get a charge reversal. Don't book anything through these people or Gulliver's Travel which brokered the arrangement and did nothing to remedy the situation. The Marriott San Francisco didn't honor the rate and wanted more than twice the price to stay there. read full review »

I Visted the Ago's restaurant owned by Robert Dinero in Los Angeles for our Honeymoon in January 2007. The service was very poor. The wine list was extensive but what was on the menu was not in stock. I ordered Spaghetti alle Vongote it was served very cold. My wife ordered Pescespada she enjoyed it. Last year we were given ticket vouchers that were offered to us for taking a later flight. When we try to use them we are told that there are no flights available. They said that the tickets could be used to go anywhere. They kept my wife and I on the phone for over an hour pretending they were checking different dates. It was all a scam. We had the worst experienc cause of this we took otha further we will never travel in AIR INDIA and decided that world most unprofessional Air line is AIR INDIA. We encountered rude, ignorant staff who treated us with disrespect abuseing words with my uncle and he an 75 years old.
