NextRx is totally incapable of delivering prescriptions in a timely manner. This is twice in a year they have done this to me. You would think two and 1/2 weeks is enough lead time. Unfortunately, I'm going cold turkey right now... not pleasant. Please convince your employer not to use them... you will be sorry... Had a charge of $39.95 on my credit card to Dri Surplus Supplies - a compnay that I had not heard of. When I checked the previous month statement I found 2 charges to the same company for $1.95 each. I have never authorised these transactions and an internet search has shown that they are active in taking money from accounts accross the country. This organization is running a scam on individuals who applied for grant resources. I agreed to the charges of 1.95 to review their policies, and was surprised to see a charge for 58.61 on my credit card. I called the establishment to have these charges reviewed, and they refused to do so. Once you apply for this program, you will charges ranging from 4.95 to 94.89. I recieved the 2100 for Xmas in 2006, with a free traffic for life feature. It was purchased in Nov, therefore the 30 day from reciept had expired. After a long and arduous ordeal, my traffic was installed. It worked for 3 months at a time. I sent the thing back 5 times for repair for this traffic thing that never really worked properly. This time it came back with no traffic anymore. You can't call them anymore. They have deactivated their phone. You have to go online and submit an email. You have got to be kidding me! HSS arranged for a contractor to install our new hardwood floors. The installation was HORRIBLE! I contacted them by phone (to no avail) and in writing (12/21/09). On 1/4/10 I received a reply to my letter stating that we had had the "corrective repairs made by someone other than the original installation company (Mickler Wood Floors)which invalidates the CPP. In my letter I clearly write that I would NEVER have Mickler Wood Floors in my house again and would need to have the floors repaired--not that I had them repaired. I was referred to this business by my university's website. I was led to believe that I had paid for a degree verification that would have an option for mailing a physical document to my home. Instead, I got a .pdf document that failed to include confirmation of my degree and only included the information that I am "not currently enrolled" at my university. In December 2006 my husband bought me a table and chairs for Christmas. In April I noticed that the table was peeling and one chair cushions was also having a problem. I called Roomful Express in May and the company sent out a gentlemen to look at the items. Roomful Express was to replace the table top and the chair cushion. It is now October and Roomful Express still has not replaced the items. Every time I call to find out what is going on the keep telling us that its the manufacturer they are waiting to hear from. I said I was and that I currently have it listed with another timeshare reseller. The lady indicated they could recover any monies paid to the reseller for listing my timeshare once they sell.
