Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems was going to coat a cascade for me with material similar to truck bed liner and told me he needed a deposit up front. His references said he was the best so I went ahead and did it. I paid him and he told me he would be back in a week to do the job. He did not contact me or pick up his phone for 2 weeks and then came over without announcing and I let him start working. I had Lasik surgery at Dr. Michael Mazaheri. The doctor was talking to his assistants the whole time like I wasn't even there, and made me feel like he wasn't even paying attention to me. My results were not very good initially and after a month it all went bad. My experience with this attorney was absolutely horrible! He spent no time preparing for my case. He showed up to my hearing and asked me what the issue was 10 minutes prior to the hearing! He tried to take notes, but 10 minutes was not enough time to grasp what the problem was and as a result, he had no idea of how to proceed and I lost my case. This guy was rude and arrogant and acted like he did me a favor by taking my case! I told him I wanted to appeal the decision and he said I could not, which was a lie! I have placed two orders with this firm and both turned into nightmares. The first order was shipped by US mail AGAINST my instructions, and was lost. I had to wait eight WEEKS to get a refund, then had to write letters and e-mails and threaten to get it. The second order (I don't know why I forgave them) had three good items and one that did NOT match the website description AT ALL. I fecently bought a part at Hobbie Auto Center, Oroville CA, which I the next day found I could not use. Traditionally, in the parts business there is toleration about accepting returns so long as they are in perfect condition. (Just as I in turn never thought of complaining that the part offered to me was in a torn open package). However, on returning the part I was confronted with a 35% re-stocking fee. I recently purchased a $350 part for my 94 Lexus ES300 from Partstrain.com. I received the part ok within a few days of placing the order however discovered I ordered the incorrect item and needed to return the part. I contacted PartsTrain well within the 21 day return policy window to request a RMA number and ship to address. If you live in Texas, sign up fo rthe Texas No-Call List, then, notify them (and record the notification call, or certified letter), not to call again. Then, document when they do, and start filing complaints with the State Atty General's Office, they have an on-line form-EACH call after notification can be fined $1000! I did this to another bastard company, and they were fined $10, 000.00, then they finally stopped! I purchased my Gehan Home in September 2004 and I would like to warn anyone thinking about purchasing a Gehan Home. If you want a quality built home that is also built to code then you better not buy a Gehan Home.
