This is a front for a very deceptive teeth whitening product. So far, they have used 6 different names of individuals who claim to be saving by using their trial products. You only pay for shipping to get started but then you are automatically enrolled for monthly shipments for both products, each costing around $90/month. So, you pay $180/month until you call to cancel. This is not a savings for teeth whitening. Also, they use the same article changing the name and picture of the suburban mom who swears by the product. Consumer Digest Weekly is not a consumer tool but a front for fraud. I ordered a tree trial oif the Colopure Cleanse. It said that you have to cancel the product within 10 days of ordering and you will not be charged. I paid 2 dollars and 70 cents 5 days ago. $87.47 was charged to my credit card today and I never received the product. I have been on hold for an hour now. I have my office phone calling the 8774585831 and my cell phone called the 8887784605. It's frustrating that I can't get through to anyone. read full review »

I have been in the process of getting the additional documentation to support my claims against Carpet Giant Carpet One. It will be clearly demonstrated what my three primary complaints against Carpet Giant Carpet One are.
1) Unfulfilled contractual Obligations
2) Additional Financial and emotional hardships to have other companies finish their job
3) Harassment i.e. sending me to collections without substantiating the debt.

In late March 2006, I called A&E Factory Service about my 4-year-old Roper/Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, which was no longer cooling properly (it was about 50-60 degrees in the refrigerator, and 20-30 in the freezer). The first available appt. was approx. 1 week later. I have a serious concern with MAKEMYTRIP's horrendous approach to doing business. these jerks feel they can treat us whatever way they want to ...
I booked a ticket and had to cancel some 6 weeks back, number one they charge my card for the ticket then charge again for the cancellation fee while the consumers are expected with 2 way money stuck up with them for how long i dont know ... I placed an order totalling 58.50 with 4.40 tax and 8.95 shipping. I also had an online coupon email to me from lane bryant the same day i placed the order for 20.00 off a 40.00 order or more. my total should have been 51.85 and according to the confirmation screen it was. when my card was charged they charged me full price of 71.85. Ive called the company and they are supposedly issuing a refund. The customer service was good on the phone but the fact that im overcharged after confirming the correct price is ridiculous. I enrolled in federal debt relief system in April of 2008. They are supposed to eliminate my credit card debt. I have been sending my credit card statements to them for three months and FDRS has not done a single thing to these accounts, 7 in all. In fact I talked to Veronica Rengal today (my customer relations specialist. She told me fdrs does not have info for any of my accounts. Armed Forces Insurance had a 146k replacement value policy on my 106k mortgage. When I experienced a fire ad made a claim, their adjuster and mine both had it at 106+, just a few hundred $ apart with mine being lower. What did I get, 71k. Not the State of TX Insurance folks or lawyers have been able to help.

On our last visit to Cancun we decided to prebook a taxi to take us from the airport to our hotel. On our two previous trips we had problems with the taxis we prebooked. I purchased both the Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer set in August 2007. I began having problems with the dryer immediately. I t doesn't dry the clothes even on the heavy duty setting. A repairman came out and said that the vent coil was extremely sensitive and to make sure it wasn't twisted. Two months ago, the washer began displaying an F1 error message and won't wash the clothes. Now it happens several times during each wash cycle. I was sent a letter from Vandyke Mortgage company telling me that I was able to refinance my home. I was contacted by Clete Schroeder. He explained the program and that I needed to fill out the forms that he sent me. He asked me to fax them when completed along with the requested verification. I did as he asked. Bought a grill from Sears two years ago (model #415.16220. The bottom casting has begun to warp. It is bowing out slightly at the front end of the casting. As a result of the warped bottom casting, the vaporizer tents which diffuses the flames no longer fit on the inside of the grill. WELL IT IS!!
After ringing them to cancel, they duly gave me my cancellation codes and address where to send them (in the UK) and said I had 30 days to return the products.
Fine, I said, I will send back 1st class recorded delivery. I am well within my 30 day period and they will get them in no time.
