Having ordered online from Sirex online store 21-3-05 I noticed the payment was taken 22-3-05 So I waited for my order to arrive but now 3 weeks later and after several emails (unanswered) I am getting quite concerened so I have tried to telephone numerous times to their sales line without success, I only get a fax machine answering. In February, my husband ordered a product called Extenze (sp?). The product was charged shortly thereafter. The product was a joke. Let the buyer beware. We sent the product back within the required time frame exactly as we were instructed to do. In April we received a confirmation letter that the company had received the returned product in their facility. I booked flights on Cheaptickets.com. After returning from the trip, I noticed a charge on my credit card for Travel Insurance. I called the company 'Access America' to dispute the charge. They explained that as of Dec 3, you have to opt out of paying for travel insurance when booking on cheaptickets.com and could not issue a refund over the phone. I emailed the company and was promptly refused. I emailed Cheaptickets and they referred me back to the the insurance company. I saw no mention of travel insurance. I never buy it. I sent in for a sample of the product and to pay just the 4.95 for shipping, they then in turn deducted the 99.90. spoke with rep she stated I had to call in the cancel. I am not satisfied with the 45000 mile service with Wilde Toyota located at West Aiils WI. After my car service at 45000 miles, the Engine Light was on with SVC lit up on the Front Panel.I had to drive back to the Wilde Toyota Dealer immediately after I drove out of the Toyota service door . This is a performance summary of Art of Zen Movers in my relocation to Sacramento from Roswell, GA. Their movers arrived 3 hours late, although I did receive a call at the last minute. This is the worst credit card company I've ever witnessed. Each call renders you on hold for 20 minutes each time! I canceled membership shortly after receiving the catalog, because I did not care for it at all. I have been waiting for over one full month for this company to reimburse me for the initial membership fee, as I canceled within the 30-day trial period. I ordered this product as part of a promotion for $4.95. I never received it. Almost immediately thereafter, charges for other things that I never ordered were being made to my charge card, so I had it cancelled. Then out of the blue, I am getting a collection agency letter from this company telling me that I owe them $74.85 for a product I never received. Moreover, I never heard from the company itself, just the collection agency. I received the letter in the mail 2 days ago (2/1/10) and it is dated 9/9/09! I though I had bought a product from a company called Tipperhealth - I find that I have been charged much more than I agreed - about £3o sand the find that they have spread my card to other companies Maxacaiburncom and clipperhealth for a total inclusing their charges of £148.11 and I have returned the products as instructed - they still sent me more this has coats as total of £3.36 - big difference from their costs of £50.23. What a crock! First a customer service person sells me a new printer, when I really wanted ink. Then when the printer arrives it doesn't have the necessary features. I return that printer and suffer more than ten hours of technical help time trying to make the old printer work properly again. Techs drop my call, they don't call back as promised. I forced to pay for help like its a black mail racket. I feel that the company is incompetent to handle the service issues customers present. The trash bins are very small for this type of complex, it overflows and in the summer it stinks and attracts mice and rats. Instead of getting larger bins, they fine the tenant 100 dollars if your trash bag ends up on the ground. They advertise a heated pool but w0n't turn it on. They do not clean the pool either, you can write your name in the bottom, its so dirty. I placed an order with Majestic Mountain Sage for 5lbs of unrefined shea butter. What they shipped to me was rock hard, snow white in color and rancid. tI was warded on yhe 16th mar 2010 for administering the sleeping pill intravaneously therby causing excruciating pain to my right leg. I had hoped by admitting myself i could get painkillers to relieve my pain which has by this time been excruciating. The whole interview was a scam, they say they sell parts to Kirby when they want you to sell their vaccum's. The interviewer talks extremely fast so that you can barely understand him, and when you are so exited about probably getting the job, they convieniently leave out important details like pay rate, and structured work schedules. And then you call and they tell you you are hired and come to training tomorrow. It's all a very faced paced deal to confuse and exite the unemployem people into agreeing to do a sub par job that they probably wouldn't want if it were all explained slowly and clearly to them. read full review »

Unknown to me this agency has taken over an american express account I have.
