I bought the above mentioned item and have never used it. It is a portable power source (charger) which is to be kept in a 'charged state' to be used in case of emergency. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE UNIT DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE, THEREBY RENDERING IT A$100.00 DOOR STOP. I bought an expensive pair of prescription bifocal glasses, with clip on sunglasses. Less than two years, the frame snapped at a joint. I paid to have the frames replaced. Less than 1.5 years later, the new frames broke at a joint (obvious design flaw). They would do nothing about it. I placed an order from Bloom Depot on 12/22 to be delivered on 12/24, I even paid for shipping to make sure they were in by 3pm. The flowers were for a person vacationing and needless to say never got there until 12/26. Originally ordered Acaipure, which I never recieved I sent an e-mail because I was on hold 15 minutes. I sent 3 e-mails, explaining this, not only did I not get a credit I was billed for the full product, the second month, also was billed for another product from a company that they belonged to, but no longer do. I received my credit card bill today and Easy Saver and Money Edge had taken funds from me, that are now charged on my credit card. I contacted my credit card company only to be told I had to contact both of the above named companies and cancel the accounts and get confirmations. Yuk Communications is the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with in my life. We were tricked into signing a one page contract by an agent. This company FBK Products sold me septic products to keep my system from failing. I followed the guidelines and upgraded to better products when suggested. They then sold me a warranty policy to cover any damages to my system, pumping, failed leach fields etc. and then when the products did not work and my system failed due to a sludge in the lines the company would not honor the warranty agreement. I brought my eleven year old son a rc truck for christmas. We followed the instructions to the letter. After the third tank of break in fuel the truck will not start. When we contact duratrax customer support they tell me to send in the truck and they will look at it. In the meantime my son has no christmas present no nothing to play with. I suffered a burglary in the early hours of Thursday, 22 Jan 2009. My cellphones were stolen, of which one was a MTN contract phone. I immediated called the MTN call centre to cancel the sim and blacklist the handset. The call centre was closed and would reopen at 06h00 (2 hours later).
