I have received many calls from them regarding an open account. They claim I owe them $500. I gave them the last 4 digits of my SSN which didn't match and my address which also didn't match. Apparently, I have the same name as someone who skipped on them. I am sending them a certified letter copying our state dept of consumer affairs instructing them not to call me any more. I have waited three months to get a final CO on my home electric and Victor always has excuses for himself not to complete the job. Advertises "High-speed, low-latency, gaming compatible, comparable to cable" speeds and has major lag and customer service issues. Waiting on the phone for 15-30 minutes (wonder why?) only to listen to some tech give you a novel of excuses about why you aren't getting better service. I hired this moving company in April. We negotiated a price and I understood that it would be a 3hr minimum (1hr was for drive time, gas, etc., while the other 2 hrs would be moving time). It has been my experience just now not to purchase the extended warranty from Sears when it comes to exercise equipment. We purchased a NordicTrack Audiostrider 990 on March 11, 2008. When I saw the Armadillo I said "that's the hose for me". It arrived in about 5 days, and I immediately hooked it up to my pool.
