A Georgia fence company built a 211' capped fence for me at high cost on March 31, 2008. They were paid in full. I called them back in June and July to fix 5 warping Posts and approximately 60 pickets. After this repair, almost all right sides of caps attached to the posts separated moreso than they were before the repair, and many other posts began to split and crack severely. I contracted Mac & I to remodel my moms kitchen and bath. He was given 3/4 of the cost of the job and was given $5, 760 to purchase the kitchen appliances on 10/21, for 2 months he's had excuse after excuse, but the reality is, he never purchased the appliances and he's spent the money so the job has been on stand still since 12/23 and what is done is a mess since most of his workers quit because he did not pay them. In August we looked at a home in Monticello NY. Upon inspecting the home, it needed a lot of work, but the house was in decent shape in the infrastructure. IE water pipes heat pipes, new furnace installed, foundation, and so on. Well we saw the house was winterized in August 2008 by Safegaurd Properties Inc. Its states on every one of their stickers they place on each item worked on that this service was done. I purchased both the Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer set in August 2007. I began having problems with the dryer immediately. I t doesn't dry the clothes even on the heavy duty setting. A repairman came out and said that the vent coil was extremely sensitive and to make sure it wasn't twisted. I was quoted $6450.00 to install 645 glass blocks in our office renovation project. Changes had to be made to meet ADA codes and the wall was reduced to only 297 glass blocks. We were not given credit for the 348 blocks that were not installed. Our contract required change orders to be approved and assigned by myself or my wife before being accepted. It will be four years in May 2009 that I was ripped off by Benchcraft Builders of Burlington County. May 2005 I wanted to make some changes in my home. Whitney inc. Has been on TV before. Right now the attorney general has filed 2 felony cases for 2007 and 2008 for home repair fraud. I filed a complaint against him in March or April 2009 for not paying subs and to let the attorney general that he was still cheating Oklahoma homeowners, I have info of at least 2 homeowners that he has cheated. While installing a new furnace and thermostat control device, the crew from Sierra Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning (Chico) made numerous errors in the install that caused damage to my home. Two attic access panels and panel trim were broken/damaged and had to be replaced. The crew said the panels were not cut properly so they did not fit. We signed a contract with Hector Cruz Fencing formally Armstrong Fencing on 09/09/09 and gave him a deposit of $700.00 Cash. We hired Hector 2 years ago and he installed a very large fencing system for us so we had no reason not to trust him. On the 9th he told us he needed a material deposit and we gave it to him. It has been 10 days and we are not able to reach him. He has not returned our phone calls or emails, etc. I found this website and we are shocked and completely disappointed. I started contacting Procraft Viriginia over three years ago to find out they went out of business and Procraft Maryland took over their contracts and sent me a plan to pay an adiditional $750 for them to make the repairs and maintain the warranty. I apid it over two years and no one has been out to assess the damage nor offered a refund of the $750 nor the original $16, 000. I've been calling and emailing to no avail. We are yet another casuality of Quality Wholesale Homes. We received an unsolicited email from them advertising a 121 Hour Stimulus Sale where they were offering free delivery and setup on their "wholesale" priced manufactured homes. After months of trying to find the perfect sofa that had a nice look, I decided to buy (2) of the Cindy Crawford Summer HYDRA sofas. Our first mistake was buying it from The Brick, and our second mistake was believing that they were made in the U.S. when the tags said made in China. In January 2009, we ordered a new 3-piece living room set - arm chair, loveseat, and coach - and paid in cash in full $1, 500. Furniture had to be delivered in a week on a particular date. They sent a delivery 2 days later and brought only 2 pieces - loveseat and coach - and they were either floor sample or used, with large greasy stains in several places and dirty, without appropriate packing. Bought the Express Ready Set Go and the interior is chipping off after 2 uses. I tried to season it the way they said you should but it still didn't work. Also, the pans that you put inside don't fit snugly and they don't heat up very well and don't cook the food like they show you on TV. I had Alarm Force system and did 3 yr contract. I wanted to end the service early as i was moving so sent my system back early. Several months later Alarm Force states they never received everything. So I am being billed $291.36 and was sent to collections. I pay all my bills and have excellent credit. This is harrassment. I do not recommend Alarm Force at all. I received a water bill for the month of August in the amount of $293.93. The total amount of usage they say? 80, 540!!! I have a family of 6 and average 6-7000 gallons per month. When I called this exorbitant bill into question, I was told I must have a leak. After having that chaecked, I requested the meter be inspected. We purchased a $500.00 Whirlpool GU1200 dishwasher in 2003. In little more thatn a year, just long enought to be out of warranty, the items in the top rack were not getting clean. I couldn't wait to receive my Dirt Devil Carpet Shampooer. I received it Friday and Sunday starting using it by cleaning my two hallways but didn't go any further as I wasn't happy with the results. I ordered flowers from Petals in Bloom in the amount of $45.58. On 10-4-08, Petals in Bloom charged my credit card an additional $445.58. My credit card company put a fraud alert on the charge and temporarily credited the $445.58 back to me. I live in Klayan nagar venture - 8-3-167/k/31/32/ for the past ten years.. Now the problems have started ..
