My daughter had joined on a Saturday to lose 12 pounds (which was not needed). We called later that day but they were not there. They are closed on Sunday's. We went back on Monday to cancel at Springfield, PA center. They said she would probably not get $149.00 back because that was for medical history which includes taking blood pressure and weighing. I volunteer as an EMT and it takes about a minute to do both things. We got a check for $63 because she gave $212. I am filing a complaint because of inadequate and unlawful service. I had my hair permed on July 14th at Salon Doriano in Fishkill, NY. The girl who did my hair initially seemed to not know what she was doing at all. The perm didn't really take. When I got home and looked in the mirror after my hair had dried, I called the salon and was told to return.
